"Upon opening the door to check in the loud smell of weed hit so hard it made it hard to check in, getting to the room it was not as the picture showed, I booked ocean view and was not. The room smell musty and spoiled, it was no blankets. The shower curtain had holes in it and the during taking a shower the water fills the bottom and it took forever to go down, other people hair was left on the shower curtain. Paying additional money for parking is a joke because they give you parking pass but 90% of the cars that was parked didn’t have any up so whose to say they actually booked their. The bed was hard with no mattress pad and the noise of the other guests arguing and slamming doors all night was very uncomfortable, it was an awful stay and I will never book at this location again. I do have a video of the room. I only booked because of the previous reviews but they had to be lying cause it’s no way all these people enjoyed how nasty the room was."

"The property was amazing just wish were told about not having access to a hot tub because of certain properties we rented. We booked that hotel for the pools and hot tubs and didn’t get to step foot in one hot tub for that price we should have. But the property was beautiful and in a great location."

"Had an excellent stay, considering the value this time of year. Just to let you know because I want you to know about it and I’m not including it in my official review, the chair outside of our room the blue chair, is broken. That’s a lawyer‘s wet dream. Also, you have a brand new coffee maker that has no ability to be plugged in because of the short cord without setting the coffee maker on a chair or the ground. At the minimum, you won’t have anybody use the coffee maker, at the maximum they’re going to use the coffee maker and put it on a chair and burn your chair, eventually We shall return"

"I absolutely love it here!!!! I come for Mother’s Day, I did get upset because they couldn’t find me a frying pan, so I had to go purchase one on Mothers Day!!!!! I still give it 5 stars!!!! If management is reading this get some extra pots and pans for anyone that pays for the kitchen it should be there….. Pier Park is close and so was Walmart since the Winn Dixie closed and that was right across the street, front desk told me it’s turning into an Aldi’s so that’s cool!!!! The pool is 24 hrs so that’s an extra PLUS!!!!"

"The room was clean however we stayed for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping stop by. No garbage emptied or fresh towels. It does state on the sheet you are given at check in your room will receive a light refresh every other day. If staying an extended time after 3 nights you will receive a complete cleaning. towels. We didnt fit into any of those two categories?? The breakfast looked good but we never ate there. Coffe and tea was self serve 24 hrs. We had a 1 bedroom king and it had a tub. Not that great for handicap people. My husband and i are not handicap but i guess that was the only king bed left as i didnt request that room?? Also in the room the mirror was two low so you had to maneuver the facet as it wouldnt turn left and right. I did pinch my pinkie on it. Not sure if all the other rooms are like that."
