"Amazing stay!! Booked for a girls weekend getaway, plenty of space for us all!! Beautiful art / decor throughout the space, very clean atmosphere!! Host was great at answering questions and communicating!! Great location with access to beach across and shops in the area.. the golf cart and bikes were a nice addition to the stay!! Not far from Seaside shopping and Alys beach areas as well!! Will recommend and stay again!! "

"This is a great place for an extended stay. The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking and even baking. The interior is clean and fresh. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. A quick walk to the beach and very short drive to stores/restaurants (home is located on the west end of PCB, known as the quiet end to locals), so not a lot of big chain restaurants or shopping but that is just 4-5 miles to the east. The host is very responsive to any concerns or questions. The one thing to be aware of is, the doorways in to the bathrooms are very narrow so a walker or wheelchair will not fit through them. Otherwise it is very handicap accessible (we do travel with a foldable ramp so this helps with the threshold entrances). Would definitely stay here again for an extended stay! "

Great response from the realjoy team for all of our needs.Convenient access to the beach - which was basically deserted most of our stay - and grocery. 10 minute drive to pier park.We had a wonderful vacation with 2 families staying in the house"
