"I originally thought I had booked my room on this sight but when I got there they didn’t have my booking - totally my fault. The lady at the front desk told me they did not have the room I was after, until I showed her that it showed available on this app. She then said she’d have to clean it. I found it odd that the front desk person had to clean the room but she did I guess. I could only assume that the sheets and bedding were changed and the surfaces were wiped. But the garbages had dirty...

"We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. The place is brand new, modern, and very spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and felt very welcoming. The location in Wimbledon is great and convenient, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended!"
