"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The room was very clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and good value for money. We also enjoyed the happy hour in the bar. Hotel has a great location, very close to Kensington High Street Tube. Would love to stay again."

"So, despite the terrible reviews on google maps (about the bed bugs and such) i found the bed and the bathroom to be pretty clean. They change your towels and sheets daily, and the bed was ok to sleep on. The elevator is small, but i am not large myself and I’d rather have a small elevator to take my bag up than none at all. The staff is friendly and they did address the problems I had in the room upon my request. Overall my stay was fine. Now for the downsides. The room in general is not super clean, they don’t seem to care much about the corners and crevices. The shower is a different story, there was hardly any pressure and it was pretty much boiling hot water (rotating the thermostat had zero effect). I told the reception and they did something about it, so the water got “bearable”, still pretty hot and very low pressure. Almost impossible to wash the hair but I managed. I stayed in room 52. If i was to get the same room I guess i would stay here again, but overall I wouldn’t risk it. The price was pretty low, so this is something one can expect for the price"
