Top Wimbledon No. 1 Court Hotel Reviews
Brit Hotels Earls Court
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is amazing. I'd rather stay here than at any five-star hotel in Mayfair. Here is why: 1. Excellent value. For under £100 a night for a single or double room, you won't find anything better priced in London. 2. Location. 3. The garden and coffee area are great places to sit and work or eat, and, as you can bring in food from outside, this represents an excellent cost advantage over being forced to pay for expensive cafe or restaurant food as at other hotels. 4. Cleanliness. The cleaning is done to a very high standard. When you arrive, take a look at the inside of the kettle in your room; it looks like the inside of a surgical unit. 5. The staff. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There is no stuffy formality, and they really go out of their way to make guests feel like family."

The Drey - Kensington, Earl's Court
10/10 Excellent
"This is an amazingly convenient property. 3 minutes from the tube/Underground stop (I walk fast). Classic architecture, modern, update, well appointed accommodations. You communicate with staff primarily through a live chat (AI assisted but you work directly with a staff member). This results in very rapid responses to requests or questions. Professional and courteous. This is great for business travelers like me who like to weave into the fabric of the local community. Getting to know local shop owners, neighbors, other travelers, and generally seamlessly integrating into the local community. The room was private, quiet, and very comfortable. You do need to be comfortably ambulatory for many of the rooms, so confirm if you have any physical barriers. The check-in, eKey access, and check-out are seamless AND quick. You do need to ensure that you read any communications sent prior to check-in, and follow any secure messages that are sent to you. There are specific instructions tailored to your visitor profile and you may need to complete some pre-arrival tasks. Otherwise, it may slow down the check-in process. Read any and every note sent prior to arrival and you will encounter zero issues. My "Roost" labeled room was exactly that. My quiet and comfortable sanctuary at the end of long and busy work days in the office. Enjoy!!"
The Chelsea Harbour Hotel & Spa London
10/10 Excellent
"Staff were very helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in. Breakfast was a solid 8.5/10 Swimming pool was open to the children with no restrictions on the times they could use it. A definite plus. Thumbs up from us"
Novotel London West
8/10 Good
"Friendly, helpful staff. Bath/showerroom needs refurbishing. Black mould at bottom of shower screen. Not keen on a buffet breakfast."
Merit Kensington Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I selected this property for the hot summer of August 2026 since it had air conditioning. Our triple was small - there was space to get around the beds but as it typical for hotels in this price range it did feel a bit crowded when luggage is opened for access. Room was very clean with a kettle for tea, toiletries provided, thick plush towels and easy access to Earls Court Station, in fact the property backs onto the station. Friendly staff and you can leave luggage before your room is ready or after check out (which we did), convenient neighbourhood at the edge of Zone 1 for the London Underground served by District and Piccadilly lines. Would stay here again."
St Paul's Hotel
8/10 Good
"Have been to this Hotel several times now. Always a good experience and friendly staff who seem to remember you. Nice small compact home but everything was great. Nice bed and a good shower and soft towels. This hotel offers air conditioning which is needed at the moment. Look forward to returning in the Autumn."
DoubleTree by Hilton London - Chelsea
10/10 Excellent
"Fantastic stay with family celebrating mum's 80th birthday. We were even given a free drink each to celebrate. The reception staff were fabulous. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bar staff were lovely. The rooms had everything you needed - handwash, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner & body lotion, fridge, iron, ironing board & hair dryer. The beds were so comfortable. I had the best night's sleep I'd had in ages. And best of all, we had air conditioning which probably also helped with a good night's sleep. It's got a Tesco Express opposite to stock up on all your little treats for the room. The only down side is it's a little bit out of the way with no tube station close by so you need to order taxis / Ubers to get anywhere and we spent a fortune on them. It's also in a smart, quiet area. I would definitely and highly recommend this hotel"
