"Great Location to the board walk.. amazing ice cream shop on the corner and one block away from busy pacific avenue and very available host for any questions or concerns..Very clean apartment.. large bathroom with backdoor to keep the sand out of the house as we was on the second floor.Quiet neighborhood.. slanted parking in the back i wasnt a fan of.. easy to get it not so much to get out.. but there is street parking.. after 10pm you dont have to pay..Comfy couch in the living room.. acs kept...

"OLD windows that wouldn't close with no screens to keep out insects. No mattress cover. Mattress was comfortable and seemed new, but a little distressing that it had no zippered cover or any cover at all. Just a thin , flat sheet thrown over it. When bedbugs are a concern, a mattress protector is a must!"

"This was My second stay. Rooms were updated and they were already nice last year. Staff is very friendly. Salt water pool heated pool was really nice for an October weekend. I really love this hotel. Everything you could need for a stay at the beach. I will be back again next year and probably Every year! My son loves it as well! Great for family!"

"Our stay was Thursday, October 8-10. We were so happy we were on the 4th floor Oceanside. What a wonderful view of the ocean. We enjoyed all the people exercising on the path whether they were running, biking, or walking. We also enjoyed all the dogs too walking. Our room was very nice and comfortable and spacious. The bed was ok. The hotel is close to the boardwalk and eateries that were still open. It was easy to get to our parked car on the side of the main entrance."

"we went to Aqua Beach to check in, room was not ready, that's ok we were early, she said they would call when it was ready, never called. when we asked about parking employee was rude that it was clearly marked, we did not see anything marked. come to find out, we were not staying at the Aqua Beach hotel, we were staying across the street. we loved the space, it was not communicated."
