The person who are not sure is the owner, but you have to check in with was a little rude, and they are very indirect with their passive aggressiveness, it made the whole check-in checkout process very nerve-racking personally if you’re looking at a place, definitely look at other options nearby unless if this is your only option. I guess it’s fine for a day or two but...
