"I had an enjoyable stay at the Madison Resort. It was the perfect get away from NYC. I loved the ease of valet parking and the prompt response from valet service. Shout out to Damone for always being helpful and friendly. They did offer shuttle services to Cape May and Wildwood creek which was a great perk. Spending time around the firepits were a great way to great way to end the night. My only con was the pull out couch. It was extremely uncomfortable. You can feel like springs and there was no support. The sheets were also not comfortable to sleep with. It had a towel like texture which was rough on the skin. Being that I only spent 2 nights I didn’t ask for alternative options. Overall, I would return again."

"Zach and Kylie made us feel right at home, answered all questions patiently and happily. Overall the hotel has everything one can need while spending time at wildwood or the jerseys shore. The real time should be spent outside and enjoying the beach and activities so clothe room was perfect that we can come back to a clean sanitary room after being gone all day. Even if you spend more time in the room than most it’s very relaxing w big window overlooking pool and beach as well as seating right in front of your door w a small table , lreally enjoyed the time"

"The hotel on its own is very nice but what makes this the ultimate in the area is the incredible service. This is a family-run business and it is obvious that it is. You don't get customer service like this anymore. What a pleasure. They really care. The beach is amazing and I love their large, round pool. The restaurant is a big plus right there. No need to go anywhere unless you really want to. A special shout out to Shelly for juggling my room and dates. We are very grateful! Thanks for a great stay! We plan to do it again next year."

"Had a great stay overall! Check-in was smooth and easy, and the front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The property actually looks much nicer in person than in the photos online, and my kids absolutely loved the pool—it’s a great size and safe depth for them. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the sofa bed blanket was dirty, and the furniture is quite outdated. We had such a hard time pulling the sofa bed open that we decided not to fold it back up. Despite those few flaws, we had a nice experience and enjoyed our time here!"
