This unit includes a parking permit that allows you to park anywhere on metered street parking spot in Wildwood (excluding paid lots). Be sure to grab the permit from inside the condo and hang it on your rearview mirror to avoid tickets. If the spot in front of the house is taken, you can temporarily block the second driveway on the right side of the building (next to the outdoor staircase) to unload your luggage and grab the permit before parking elsewhere.
Important: A lost permit will incur a $400 replacement fee.

No Parties or Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Age Requirement: Primary guests must be 25 years or older.
- No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.
-No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the house. A fine of $500 will be imposed for any violations.
-- We provide a Class A parking permit that allows you to park on any metered street parking spot throughout Wildwood, excluding parking lots and commercial parking areas. The permit must be displayed on your vehicle’s rearview mirror at all times. A lost permit will incur a $400 replacement fee.
-Local residents are not eligible for instant book and host have a right to cancel reservation to prevent possible parties, if you are local -please send direct message prior to booking.
- Can not pull fire pull station for "fun or play with it", can be pulled only in case of real emergency, fire, smoke, foggy space.
Fine of 500 will be imposed for pulling it down for no actual reason, fire department will have to come to deal with false alarm.
-check out time is at 11 am,
if guests are late -30 min-till 1 hr, 50 dollars fee can be charged,
1hr-2hrs- half of the daily basis rate will be charged
2hrs+ full daily basis rate will be charged with no right of possession of the property or occupying it for another night
-all primary guests should have valid phone number for communication.
-Undeclared guests, exceeding max occupancy limit are subject for daily fee 50 dollars per day per extra person and subject to removal
from the property if not
discussed with owner prior check in
- If guest have any complaint about the property amenity or something isn't working properly, guest must provide access to owner or owner's contractor in order for the
owner to fix the problem.
-extensive cleaning beyond normal cleaning- will be charged additionally- 100 dollars, example - a lot of trash, dirty dishes left over.
-guests should placed dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before check out.
-Please Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 pm till 8 am.
-Please report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
