"The rooms were comfortable, clean, and spacious. The hotel is accessible since it is on the tram line. But the great thing about this hotel that really sets it apart is the incredible level of service from all of the staff. I want to commend Istva in particular. Free coffee is available in the lobby area. I rarely give 10/10 ratings. But, in my estimation, this hotel really deserves it."

"My stay was fantastic - only 20mins taxi / train ride from Vienna Airport. Well connected to the city centre, whilst being in a quiet area of the city. Room was large, loved the kitchenette features and the balcony was a bonus. Hotel and room were both clean and comfortable and staff were really friendly! Overall, a great stay and i will be recommending to family and friends who wish to visit the beautiful city of Vienna."

"A very good hotel next to the Vienna main train station. The only thing that was not good was air conditioning for cooling was not turned on. This makes the room stuffy on warm day. Was mentioned to front desk but no cooling for two nights of my stay. Heating was turned on but the cooling icon did not turn on. Beds comfortable though white would be better than cream doona covers. Very clean. Great breakfast with efficient staff. Another large hotel let down by not having cooling turned...
