"Our stay was outstanding! We would love to return! Among our best family vacations. We spent most of our time outdoors - kayaking, swimming, enjoying the view from the Adirondack chairs, dining on the deck. Beautiful views. Great proximity to Jamestown and Newport. Home was equipped with fishing rods, soccer/football/beach/basketballs, frisbees - tons of activities for the kids and grandchildren. Last evening we brought back steamed lobsters from the Lobster Shack in Newport which were the best lobsters we ever had. Perfection."

Home experienced a water leak from sink during our stay that was corrected immediately with attention to detail.I recommended an additional air conditioner for basement bedroom which owner intended to act upon.Very satisfied and highly recommend this home for a family stay with dog!"
