"The 2queen suite was comfortable for 3 with the table & chairs. We appreciated the convenience of the well appointed kitchen. Breakfast was extensive and very good. The staff was friendly, and the facility was very clean inside and out!"

"We stayed there after our friends wedding. My husband and I have not been away without the kids for 15years. All we wanted to do was to go to the hotel and crawl into our Kingsize bed and and the amazing sleep of a lifetime. We both had been looking forward to this for months (technically 15years). When we got there the hotel was under construction and they said they didn’t have a Kings Size Bed as we had booked it for. So Frustrating. We woke up and there were three K Cups. Two Decafs and one regular. To get to the elevators we had to pass by construction of rooms that were going through demolition. Which, to be honest the king size bed that we booked -not being available to us was REALLY what bothered us more."

It truly felt like a home away from home.The attention to detail was amazing—from the cozy touches throughout the space to the thoughtful extras that made our stay even more comfortable.All the little touches, like the bottle of wine waiting for us, the stocked coffee bar, the little candy jar, made everything feel so special and thoughtful. The location was perfect as well—quiet and relaxing, yet still close to everything we wanted to do. JB's on the Water had an excellent brunch. Beautiful Newport was a very quick drive away. Plenty of local spots and activities to explore!Our host was fantastic—responsive, kind, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience. Check-in was seamless, and we felt well taken care of the entire time.We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. "We stayed at Karen's home for three nights in mid-April and while the weather was too cold to sit outside and enjoy the patio and dock, we still found it to be calming and gorgeous just sitting in the living room and watching the water view. The house is clean, the kitchen is fully stocked, the beds are comfortable, and Karen had left towels and treats for our dog, which made us feel very welcome. The house is a short driving distance from Naragansett Bay, Newport, Jamestown and from some lovely restaurants, beaches, and walking trails. We hope to be back again. "

"A homey and cozy house for 4-5 people. Location is prefect for area beaches, restaurants and hiking trails. The kitchen was fully stocked and comfy decor. "

"The cottage was quaint. It was the best supplied one we ever stayed in. It was very clean. The location was perfect to explore Newport, Jamestown, Providence, all the beaches etc. The best part was the hosts Ruth and Kenneth went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When one of the 3 tvs wasn’t working he brought one of his own over to replace it. We highly recommend staying at the cottage ."
