"This was the perfect stay for my husband and I. So close to everything in 12 South. The guesthouse was clean and spacious. The bed was the only negative. It squeaked and creaked. I would recommend replacing the bed frame etc with something smaller. But it was comfortable anyway. Would recommend. 12 South is excellent location for trip to Nashville "

"I was solo traveling for business to Nashville, and this listing was a 4 min walk to my desired destination. Walkable to Kroger and Mapco gas station, as well as various restaurants and bars. The studio is cozy. I wouldn't try to fit more than 2 people. Neighborhood is nice and there's lots of places to go for walks/jogs. I was traveling with my pup, and this listing accommodates pets for a small fee. Totally worth the money. Would stay here again, and I likely will!"

"This place is so great. It is super secluded on a hill, but isn't in the middle of nowhere at all. Jeff and Joanne were super accommodating and friendly. They were great about communicating when I had questions. This is one of the better places I've ever rented and I will definitely rent it next time I'm up in Nashville. Looks awesome online and is even better in person. We had a great time there."

"I stayed in a one bedroom deluxe and loved it! The space was nice and clean. The balcony space for people viewing was just I needed. I went for a weekend concert in Nashville and it was literally two block to the arena. Also, about a three block walk to Broadway and the all the bars. There is a breakfast place, Pancake Pantry around the corner which was delicious. The pool on the rooftop was super clean and there were many instagram worthy shots available with the space surrounding the pool ....
