They said they would refund our first night, but we still have not received a refund. Very horrible service. It is obvious they overbooked and decided to just kick us out."

I was incredibly impressed to find that clothes left on the bed had been neatly folded, toiletries in the bathroom were carefully lined up in an organized manner, and a warm handwritten note had been left in the room. These meaningful touches made me feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.I received a very welcoming email from Samantha Dundee asking about any special needs I may have had, including requests such as extra towels, early check-in accommodations, and information regarding hotel services and local activities. That level of attentiveness immediately set the tone for what became an outstanding stay. What impressed me most throughout my visit was the consistent positivity and kindness shown by every staff member, no matter where I was in the hotel. Whether in the lobby, coffee shop, bar area, or at the front desk, every interaction was met with smiles, warmth, and a sincere willingness to help.
