We enjoyed our stay. The main problem was you could not close the curtains to the room at night, so we always had ambient light while we tried to sleep.
The beds are super comfortable and the shades made the room dark at night hence we had amazing sleeps. Although we do bring our own pillows :)
We didn’t use any amenities except I hung out in the lobby two mornings in a row. It was a little chilly every time someone went in or out but quite comfortable.
This is a dog friendly hotel and there were so many little/medium sized dogs wandering around with their owners (always on leash) it was such a joy.
Have stayed at this location many times before friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice and clean rooms will stay there next time when in Whiteplains.

Room was clean & beautiful. BUT! Pool
was dirty & cold, hot tub was shut down (apparently for weeks) and none of that was mentioned at the check in. Love Sheratons, but will not stay at this particular one again.

The most basic of basics. The rooms need refurbishing, the restaurant was practically useless, and the Starbucks is open to everyone which makes the lines very long and the parking ridiculous. It's fine, but don't expect usual Sheraton standards.
Very nice hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was not so great. Room was not cleaned until late in the day and towels and glasses were not replaced.

**Disappointing Stay – Hotel Needs Updating**
The hotel is quite dated and does not have a fresh or well-maintained feel. On the positive side, the beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were excellent, which made for a good night's sleep.
Unfortunately, the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The room doors looked shabby and worn, and I noticed mold in the shower, which was particularly concerning. The property could definitely benefit from some much-needed renovations, deep cleaning, and attention to detail.
Thankfully, I only needed to stay for one night. While I appreciated the comfortable bed, the overall experience fell short of my expectations.
**I would not choose to stay here again unless significant improvements were made.**
I enjoyed my stay rooms are very clean comfortable bed pool and hot was good also buffet was breakfast was good staff very nice check in was easy and fast
The staff here are polite kind and responsive. Thank you for the hospitality

Overall, the stay was okay. If you need somewhere affordable to stay for one night, I would say go for it, but I wouldn’t consider it a great stay.
The lobby looks nice, and they offer refreshments upon arrival, which was a nice touch. However, the rooms have carpet, and there was a noticeable smell when the AC was turned off. For a pet-friendly hotel, I don’t think carpet is the best choice for the rooms. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear almost everything from the room next door.
The pool area could definitely use some updating and better cleaning. The pool didn’t look very clean, and the hot tub looked filthy. They really need to renovate that area, as well as the rooms, so they match the nice appearance of the lobby.
On the positive side, there’s a Starbucks, grocery store, and several places to eat nearby. There’s also an all-you-can-eat buffet called UMI about an 8-minute drive from the hotel.
Overall, it’s decent for an affordable one-night stay, but I wouldn’t stay here for an extended trip.
