"It was so outdated, old furniture that was in poor condition, only one elevator, only one ice machine working. No housekeeper to tidy up. And there was so much dirt and dust on the windows."

"The room needed to be dusted spiderwebs over top of the bed the carpet was we walked around the room with white socks on and they were black when we took them off the bed itself was fine we had to go get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and also the jacuzzi tub that we had in our room "
