Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
I didn't expect much, but I at least hoped for average service. Unfortunately, the hotel fell short of even that low bar.
Disappointing stay due to subpar customer service and cleanliness. Upon arrival, the front desk agent was not welcoming at all. A simple smile would have made the interaction better.our rooms were inconveniently located far apart, and when I called to request a room change or shorter route, the agent was unhelpful and unaccommodating. Despite my request to check availability and potentially switch rooms, I was told to come downstairs to the front desk - a significant hurdle given my grandmother's mobility issues with her wheelchair. As a former hotel agent and current manager, I expected more proactive problem-solving and empathy from the staff. Instead, we decided not to bother.
Furthermore, the room's cleanliness was unacceptable. The toilet seat had dried urine on it, and the area behind the nightstand was not vacuumed. As a former housekeeping manager, I know that attention to detail and thorough cleaning are essential. It's disappointing that this hotel fell short of these basic standards.
Overall, this experience left a sour taste, and I would hesitate to return or recommend this hotel to others.
