"Island Stones is a beautiful property! The views are second to none. It’s a classic style Carribean upscale villa. The separated bedrooms allow for nice privacy and the common area easily handles 10 people. Our communication with the property managers and guidance on check in was great. The property was perfect for our large family get together. It was very clean. Parking was great for three vehicles. Definitely recommend it!"

"This is a wonderful property with a wonderful host. I highly recommend this property for your St. John vacation. We loved the Coral Bay area for the peace and quiet it offers. The fantastic breeze coming off the ocean kept the unit perfectly comfortable and made the patio wonderful for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The unit provides easy access to the North Shore Beaches along with Salt Bay and the east end locations like Hansen Bay. I don't have anything bad to say at all about the property, we loved it! While I don't love all of the taxes and cleaning fees, they help provide a living for those that clean and the taxes help support the island. I can live with that any day. Highly recommended property!"

"I couldn’t love this property more!! The view is unparalleled and the inside was well appointed and very cozy with everything I needed. The host Emily was an excellent communicator. She answered all of my questions before my trip very thoroughly so my mind was at ease knowing every detail of my travel and stay at the rental were taken care of. Emily also promptly answered any questions I had during my visit. The island of St. John is very unique and there are many aspects that are unfamiliar for a novice to navigate. She helped me figure out all sorts of things and made my visit very pleasant and smooth even when the unexpected arose. The stairs pictured at the end of the listing descend from the parking space to the entrance. Packing light and packing so you can carry things on your back is the way to go. As a payoff for the view it was absolutely worth the trouble and if you are in reasonable shape it is not a big deal. I found that bringing a headlamp flashlight and a power brick charger for my phone were very helpful. The power on St. John is not reliable at all times and having those items really helped me adapt. The water does not work in a power outage either. So having a bag of ice in the freezer to pack around cold items (a cold bag is provided) and a few gallons of water at the ready is all you need to get through. If you have an adventurous spirit, this is the place for you! St. John is a never ending adventure & this property is perfection."

"Our stay at the Villa at Cinnamon Sun was incredible. My wife and I stayed for three nights in the 1 bd/1ba Villa and the pictures online do not do it justice. The location is a 10/10 with three of the best beaches maybe in the world (Trunk/Maho/Cinnamon) within a few minutes drive. We always get a jeep but you don't need it for the property. The property is the first up the turn on Upper Peter Bay so it is a very easy drive up to the property but still gives those incredible North Shore views with Cinnamon, Maho and St Francis Bay all in view from your upper balcony or pool deck down below. The property itself was immaculate with high end finishings everywhere and the landscaping was the best I have seen on the island. The amenities were in excellent shape and well thought out. We prepared for many things, but the host Donald had already thought about so much for guests that brought more than we needed. This was a very rare find and the only sad thing to report is that we did not stay longer, and the owner just started renting this property so I am sure it will be booked solid moving forward. This is the perfect couples get away location and we were so thankful to find it. Thank you again to the host for making a perfect slice of heaven available."

"Our family of 6 loved our stay at Coconuts. Kevin provided an excellent and thorough check-in providing many great pro-tips and the attention to detail at this property is above and beyond. Waking up to and coming home to the spectacular view, warm pool, hottub, and various entertainments were the cornerstone of a wonderful first visit to St. John! The kids loved all the games and entertainment and playing in the pool after the day at the beach. The parents loved the “private” Dutch pod experience with separate bedrooms and enjoying fresh coffee on the deck every morning. The location is convenient to the amenities of Cruz Bay and North Shore beaches which is where we spent most of our time when not at the villa. Underlying everything was the assurance of smooth power and water flows from their self-sufficient systems. We had no big issues during our stay, but Danielle and Kevin were quick to respond if there were to be any. As is the nature of this island, come prepared for some bug bites if you plan on enjoying the outdoor spaces (a can of Dermoplast found at the property came in handy). There is also some, rare noise from passing vehicles and neighbors on the adjacent road, but that is a reality at most of the villas in the area unless you want to be 30 - 40 minutes from everything. We are already dreaming about our return, perhaps a family reunion renting both of this couple’s properties! Book this villa with confidence!"

"On a whim! very clean, well stocked, very comfortable and beautiful. We enjoyed the porch and pool both with great views. Love the extra touches, music playing on our arrival. Dwight was a text away and replied promptly. We enjoyed the outside speakers in the evenings. Nothing disappointing here!"
