"My wife and I rented the Island Stones property for a week and were very please with how unique and and private the property was. The main level and the pool / sun deck were beautiful with fabulous views and great privacy - exactly what we hoped for ! We did not use the downstairs rooms of the property, but I will say the layout is set up where almost every bedroom is divided off to have its own separated entrance, bath, outside shower, and private balcony. I great layout for multiple couples to share. The architecture is unique, charming, romantic, and beautiful. A few items in the home could use some maintenance, but nothing significant to cause any issues with our stay at all. We have rented several houses on the islands, and this one ranks among the best for the great views and wonderful infinity pool experience. Also, it is just a few minutes drive down to several of the best beaches on the island."

"This villa was amazing! Perfect for our family of 4 for the week (2 adults, 2 kids 13 and 9). First time to St John and the Virgin Islands. Had everything we needed. The provided beach towels, beach chairs and cooler were great for our beach days. Kitchen was well stocked. The pool was great for the afternoon and evenings. The view was beautiful with beautiful sunsets! Great location to all the best beaches on the north side of the island. Tom and Brenda (owners) were quick to respond to my questions and Kelsey (property manager)was very helpful. She reached out a week before our stay via text and answered more of my questions and met us on arrival day and gave us a tour. Great people and great villa!"

"When I originally booked Donald's villa, I was slightly nervous/cautious. It only had one review but it was positive. Let me say firmly that this has been probably one of those best VRBO experiences/places I've had. I am glad I reserved and was able to stay here at St. Johns. The villa was clean, the bed was comfortable and the overall stay felt private. The beautiful beaches were a short walk but we drove to several of them and always found everything accessible. A short drive to Cruz Bay for dinners as well. Donald was quick to respond to any of my text messages with questions and my family and I had a great experience. I can confidently say if I ever go back to St John I would love to stay here again."

"The only negative that we saw with this villa was that it sit on a hillside directly above Centreline Road, which is main road through St John. Whenever a water truck or other big truck went pass it was loud, and the diesel fumes would sometimes drift up. It was a mild inconvenience, but would not pass this villa up for that reason. Great location wonderful views, and just a great place to enjoy"

"We had an incredible stay at this St. John villa and would absolutely book it again. The location couldn’t have been better—just a one-minute drive to Trunk Bay, which truly lives up to its reputation as one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and only about three minutes from Cinnamon Bay. It was the perfect home base for exploring the island.The view from the villa is worth a million dollars. We looked forward to every sunrise and sunset, and the night sky was breathtaking. Seeing so many stars from the deck was one of the highlights of our trip.Our host was responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Tommy, the caretaker, was phenomenal. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived, answered all of our questions, and was always available if we needed anything.One tip: rent a Jeep! The roads on St. John are steep and winding, and having a Jeep makes getting around easy and lets you explore everything the island has to offer.If you’re looking for an amazing villa with spectacular views, an unbeatable location, and outstanding hospitality, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back!"

"What a beautiful place to spend a week! This home is beautiful, clean, and literally seconds from the beach! Our family had the best time on the island of St.John and this home was the perfect place to come back to every evening. We swam with turtles daily and loved watching the sunset over the water! I highly recommend this one of a kind vacation home!"
Authentic Island Stay, Budget-Friendly Cottage, Peaceful Setting, Stunning Views

"Host was very helpful and prompt in response when needed. House was clean and inviting, with plenty of toiletries, cookware and beach gear! Layout was unique, as stated in description: two separate floors, both only accessible through exterior doors. It worked fine for us as 3 adults, but if traveling with younger children, do consider that each floor has one bedroom and you may not want your children in a space alone at night if they need easy access to you. The house is in a peaceful quiet part of the island, still conveniently located to Cruz Bay as well as beaches on the other side of the island, via the National Park cut-through road. Renting a jeep was essential and made our stay there so fun, allowing us to go places on our own time, not having to depend on taxis. Visiting St John is SO worth it and staying at Fisher’s Perch is a great deal!"

"Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our week at Coconuts. Kevin's attention to detail is apparent from the moment you connect. The documentation shared prior to travel was immensely helpful in our planning, and we were greeted with the complimentary wine and a complete breakdown of the villa when we arrived. Our older children appreciated the separate spaces and took full advantage of the pool table, telescope, and hot tub. The views from the deck were breathtaking, no matter the weather. Any worries about AC or power were completely unnecessary, as Kevin has backup for everything. The location was convenient to markets and the north shore beaches/ Cruz Bay. We cannot wait to enjoy our freshly brewed coffee on that deck again someday."
