"We stayed at Cascade lodge for 9 nights. It was easy to take the ski bus from the hotel to the gondola. It is also walkable. The kitchen was fully equipped and the supermarket is a short walk away. Reception staff were very helpful. The swimming pool and hot tub was great after a days skiing. But there are only 2 hot tubs, so you sometimes have to wait your turn. The apartment was not serviced during our stay, but we were supplied with extra toiletries and towels when we requested it. I will recommend this place and stay there again. "

"It was clean only dishwasher had dirty glasses and cups when moved in. Only two towels even though we booked for 3 ppl. No service was provided tried to get some more towels in the morning and could not reach reception for 1hr after went down and no one was there. Had to go to pool and find some fresh towels there. "
