While the room was spacious and clean, I found that the ventilation fan in the restroom was not working. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told that nothing could be done about it. Additionally, the door to the washing machine was completely broken, which was a safety concern as it could have fallen on my child. The noise from passing cars was also quite noticeable at night.

Our suite was clean, comfortable, complete with everything we needed for our overnight stay, bed was comfortable and we slept like babies. Use of luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was convenient too. Whistler Village Center was an easy 3-5 minute walk and well-lit even at night. Toiletries were provided except for indoor room slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste and shower cap so make sure to pack your own.

Our room was comfortable...nothing special but worked for us and was affordable. Loved the easy access to shopping, restaurants and the gondolas. We walked everywhere..note that underground parking was $26/24 hrs. The pool area was large and had 2 hot tubs..area was clean and was open 10 to 10. We stayed 3 nights. Room stocked with everything we needed..even had small dishwasher..We likely would upgrade our room if we stayed again.

I stayed at Ace Cascade Hotel in Whistler for two nights and paid $319, plus $29/day for parking and a property fee. While the charges were shown on Expedia, I was surprised that there was no housekeeping at all. On top of that, I got a message before checkout telling me to do the dishes—something I wouldn’t expect from a hotel charging this much. For what I paid, the experience felt more like a rental than a hotel. Disappointing overall, and not great value for the price.

The only thing is that when we arrived, there was a man underwear on the door of the bathroom… It wasn’t our. We also found a dirty rag in the kitchen. But for the rest, everything was clean and we had a really great stay!
