"Well priced, the room was on the top floor meaning no WiFi and little to no mobile service. Comfy bed and sofa, nice large TV. Room was clean and spacious, clean. "

"A hidden gem. Great food. Excellent service. Professional bowling alleys and 3 pool tables made a rainy day into a fun experience for my family. Good value for money. "
"We had a fabulous stay in one of the beautiful garden apartments. So peaceful and fabulous views to the beach. Apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed as well as finished to a high standard. We enjoyed the breakfast in the hotel which set us up for the day. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. Bonus was having the pool during such glorious weather. Will definitely return."
"Great hotel! All the staff were polite, helpful and friendly. There was plenty of breakfast food, full English or a continental option. You could have both and go back for more, self-service. The evening meals were excellent. Compliments to the chef. One, two or three courses at a reasonable fair price. Nicely presented, with quick service. Parking was £8 for 24 hours. The pool isn’t huge but it's okay. Extra towels can be collected from reception. The small gym was a bonus. It has a good selection of exercise machines and weighs. There was evening entertainment in the bar which started at 8.30 and finished at 10.30, (vocalist or entertainers)

We stayed for 4 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Newquay. Well done to everyone at the Kilbirnie Hotel.

Luxury Cottage with hot tub -3 min walk to the beach

"Excellent location just a short stroll from the beach. Spacious, everything as described. TV room, hot tub, bedrooms, games, books… all really great. Once we had the check in instructions it was all really smooth. The only glitch was there was no communication on the run up to the stay, and no check-in details on the app. Vrbo chased it up but it was a bit last minute and that made me really nervous. Hopefully that gets ironed our :) "
"Absolutely amazing place to stay!The location was perfect for me and my friends—just a short walk to the stunning local beaches and everything Newquay has to offer. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. We genuinely had the best time and made so many great memories. We’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 – highly recommend!"
