"We booked this property for a family wedding at Lusty Glaze, it couldn’t have been better. Close to the venue, walking distance to the town and an amazing property. The view from the lounge was amazing with brilliant sunsets.
A little welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Thank you Jacky and David."

"Staff, every single one of them polite, couldnt do enough to help. All room clean, a bit dated but that was the only negative. Except window in room was broke but tild reception and they were in it. Food great, breakfast included every breakfast you could imagine frim full English, salmon, pancakes whatever you wanted just ask. Really really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Booked parking prior to stay and our name was on the wall ready and waiting for our arrival. "
Cosy stone built barn conversion with rural Cornish views and near the sea
10/10 Excellent
"Brilliant location, just over 10 mins walk to the coast path and beach. Pet- friendly, quiet and great communication with the owners. Have stayed before, and would definitely come back again if we come to the same area. What more could we want? "
"A perfect perfect stay, in a gorgeous location with a beautiful room that was spacious and had a view of the sea! Restaurant was lovely and pool looked fab! Would recommend to anyone! "
"Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Beresford Hotel. My daughter and I shared a sea view twin room with ensuite.
On arrival it looks quite run down and parking isnt great and is limited, however if you get a space they print a sign stating your name and reg number for £5 per night. This ensures you a parking space.
We had an Assistance Dog and a retired Assistance Dog, who is now old and nothing was too much trouble and thevwere made to feel welcome, along with us.
The beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped, personally the small table and chairs were brilliant for me as I like to write. The bathroom was clean and had all you needed.
The seaview was amazing and the cost of thr room was fantastic.
We will be returning again soon. Thank you.

"Just returned home after a lovely week’s break at this property. Great location just off the beach at Porth. On arrival, we followed instructions to access building using key codes. No problems getting in.
We had been allocated a dog friendly apartment at the back of building on ground floor. Sadly, no view of the beach but we did find it quiet and well suited to our needs. There was a small outside area with table and chairs and steps leading to an upper area too. It was secure enough to safely let our dog out there.
The apartment had two bedrooms, one with en-suite. There was also a separate bathroom so spoilt for choice with just two of us staying there. Large living area with kitchen.
We spent our week travelling around Cornwall and found the location perfect for visiting St Ives, Penzance, Port Isaac, Padstow to name just a few.
The nearest pub we found to eat was The Mermaid situated on Porth Beach but we particularly enjoyed the food at The Farmer’s Arms in St Columb Minor which was just a few minutes drive away.
On our final day, we chose to walk into Newquay along the coastal path from Porth beach. Lovely views as it was thankfully a fine day. Car parking in Newquay was difficult so would definitely recommend walking into centre if you’re able to.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return there in the future.

"Stunning clifftop apartment with amazing views. We loved our stay here and hope to return.
Everything in the property was modern, clean and to a very high standard, we genuinely cannot fault it.
We had already made plans to eat out most nights however had we known how well furnished the kitchen at the property was, would have opted to cook for ourselves.
Coming back early evening and opening the bifolds to enjoy the sunsets was a real treat.
The location is perfect for those who enjoy getting out and about. A short 2 minute walk to Porth beach and a 30 min walk along a stunning cliff top walk to Watergate bay. We particularly enjoyed our morning and evening strolls along Porth headland, where the waves crashing against the rocks is a spectacular sight.
Communication with the hosts couldnt have been better. Everything was clear and laid out ahead of arrival and they were on hand if we had any issues (we didnt).
A wonderful property. Highly recommended!"
