"Room clean, coffee and tea available in room. Quite quiet considering the accommodation is on a through road. Easy walk to the high street and beach. Plenty of restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets nearby. Also train station just across the road in behind Police station."

"An immaculate apartment with everything you could need. It’s located in Newquay. It has the most amazing views across Tolcarne beach. It’s almost hypnotic watching the surfers. It has spoiled me for other places."
"Had a lovely 2 night stay at The Beresford Hotel. My daughter and I shared a sea view twin room with ensuite.
On arrival it looks quite run down and parking isnt great and is limited, however if you get a space they print a sign stating your name and reg number for £5 per night. This ensures you a parking space.
We had an Assistance Dog and a retired Assistance Dog, who is now old and nothing was too much trouble and thevwere made to feel welcome, along with us.
The beds were comfortable and the room was well equipped, personally the small table and chairs were brilliant for me as I like to write. The bathroom was clean and had all you needed.
The seaview was amazing and the cost of thr room was fantastic.
