"Blown away, it was really beautiful and everything we needed was there. The whirlpool bath was a lovely surprise and the beds were super comfy. we had a brilliant time - way better than the caravan we were considering! near cornwall services, 5 mins away, with a coop, taco bell, greggs, mcdonalds and amazing pizza place - we went here most nights! Michael the host gave us plenty of info and made sure we were happy. I highly recommend and having 2 bathrooms was also pretty good for a family!"

"Excellent Vietnamese food with western options also available for evening meals. Good breakfast in a bright dining room. Bed was comfortable, shower was a very good size and with both a rain head and a detachable wand. Only detractor was a water pump which could be heard any time water was used from a number of rooms but this did not stop a good nights sleep. "

"The property was perfect for two families to enjoy a New Year break in Cornwall. Despite some wet and wild weather we had a fabulous time thanks to the spacious, modern, well equipped and comfortable property that had everything we needed and was ideal for our group of adults, teens, younger children & dogs. The Famers Arms St Merryn
"We had a great 3 day stay at the Farmers Arms. The staff were very friendly and provided us with a fantastic breakfast everyday. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, there were tea and coffee making facilities which were replenished every day. St Merryn is a beautiful village with Harlyn and Constantine being some of the best beaches in the country in my opinion. We will definitely be heading back soon."
