It was a nice touch for them to leave a small Birthday present of chocolates and prosecco as I had mentioned it was my wife's birthday. Central location with parking makes it a great choice for Stratford on Avon. "

"We were upgraded to the refurbished rooms for our stay. The hotel receptionist on duty that day was extremely friendly and so helpful. This lady was the face of the hotel and beause of her friendly manner made our stay fabulous. The restaurant and bar staff were also friendly "

"Great stay as always! We have stayed here many times over the last 9 years and we keep coming back. It’s a lovely hotel, nicely furnished rooms, always spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds. Friendly staff and a delicious breakfast too. It’s so close to Stratford that you can just park the car up and literally cross the road and you’re at the river, theatre, shops, pubs, restaurants and museums. We would highly recommend a stay at the Swans Nest Hotel 😊"
