"I booked an extra day in advance because my flight arrived at 5 a.m. Before heading to the hotel, I called and was told my reservation had been canceled as a “no-show” — despite the fact that I had already paid for it. When I asked why it was canceled and who made the decision, the receptionist simply said, “I don’t know.” I understand these situations can happen, but the lack of concern or accountability was disappointing. They kept the payment and offered no real explanation or solution. Unfortunately, I won’t be staying with them again."

"I felt a little deceived by the reviews I read about the June hotel. It was meh. Nothing great and not the worst. It seemed a little beat-up and dingy. The room had a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom. Positives: the bed was comfortable and some staff were welcoming."

"The shuttle is extremely reliable, close to public transport hubs making it easy to reach Santa Monica and Culver city Westfield and closer shops in Westchester like T J Max and Target. The rooms are very clean and quiet. "
