"I wouldn’t encourage anyone to stay there. It smells weird, the bedding is not clean. When we left for the day, apparently “house keeping” went into our room. there’s a homeless/drug addicts vibe in the area and inside. "

"The ac is set on error mode. The remote control hasn't worked at all. However I have changed the channel manually. The water pressure is decent enough. The water doesn't get more than just warm. Not warm enough, just warm. I don't care for the staff being so inquisitive of my personal affairs either."

"We went to the hot tub at 8pm and the outdoor bar wasn’t open and there was no one outside. This was on a Friday, which was weird. There’s some restaurants on the same street you can walk to but we chose to Uber to get to something that fit our vibe. The Ritz is definitely for the mature crowd. However, the room was immaculate, clean, and every staff member was extremely polite/pleasant/professional. The view from the marina-front rooms was incredible. The step to get out to the balcony was a bit high though so use caution. We really didn’t have any issues that needed the staffs attention. But I don’t think this hotel was the right fit for my husband and I. "
