"The room was clean, and the location was excellent. The pool itself was very nice, but any food or drinks you want to buy are extremely expensive. Even the Starbucks in the lobby was overpriced. Unfortunately, the staff were not helpful at all and seemed unwilling to assist with even the simplest questions. We actually received much better guidance and assistance from staff at nearby hotels than from the Planet Hollywood staff themselves."
