"This is a fabulous small and unique boutique hotel in a great location and setting. The plane tree in the square is magnificent. The Cathedral and other main attractions are close, the whole area very walkable.
The basement lounge and bar is very well designed, relaxing and a great asset. Great staff!"

"Fantastic base for our trip to Longleat. Plenty of off road parking and Pauline and Nigel made us feel very welcome. Water and milk was ready in the fridge on our arrival and the microwave and toaster came in really handy. There was also the supercar storage facility nearby that do food and also the George pub about 15-20 minutes walk away which was a lovely walk (albeit in the middle of a heatwave)."
"My husband, daughter and I had the most amazing time at Widbrook Barns! Extraordinary hospitality was experienced (thank you, Dick and”J”), and the breakfasts were the BEST we enjoyed during a three-week trip across Europe! Accommodations were very comfortable and close to public transport (if you’re traveling to Bath, etc). We enjoyed walking down the canal into Bradford for evening meals. It’s a truly special place. "Great place. It had everything we needed in the cottage. Very clean. Much more spa than we thought. Large bedrooms especially the double one. The only drawback was the big hill down to the village. Very steep, especially after a few drinks. "
"We’ve had amazing time here. The staff have been amazing throughout, kind and patient. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with Bramley products. The food is delicious. They have a number of green spaces to walk through that, with good weather, provides a lovely alternative to the indoor spaces. The area is very quiet which adds to the relaxing environment. We visited during term time, so it may be different in the school holidays. We hope to visit again soon. "
"Absolutely amazing stay in the Tup shepherd's hut. There was so much care and attention to detail put into everything, it could not have been more perfect. Helen was a fantastic host and gave us all the info we needed and even helped family arrange a surprise for us. We had a beautiful view and even had rabbits outside. Bus from the end of the road was really handy for Bradford on Avon and Bath trips. Couldn't recommend more! "
