"The location, although central, is far from the port and water views, and it's a 40-minute walk. It is also difficult to get to and has no parking. We had to park in King's Car Park, which was a 10-minute walk away, but it wasn't too bad. The staff were nice too."

"No AC on third floor so in this heat it was hot throughout the stay, fans were provided but doesn’t match AC. Male receptionist was lovely and very helpful. We had an issue with maintenance in our room- but this was unresolved and not followed up on. We couldn ’t wait in the room all day for someone else to show up as it was so hot. In general nice hotel in good location- 8 min walk to beach and 10 min walk to town centre for restaurants. Parking had enough spaces and the area where hotel is located is quiet. Pool is smaller than pictured and had swim lessons going on so half was occupied- but weather was so nice we went to the beach anyways."
