"Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Facility is getting older but appears to be well maintained and clean. Rooms are unexpectedly well equipped. With comfortable beds. Well located for shopping, restaurants and other experiences We had an excellent 3 day stay and would recommend the Red Lion to others"

"The team at this hotel is 1st class in every manner. From checking in to checking out, the bell men, housekeeping, the concierge were all stellar. We actually had rooms that included their hospitality suite and it was as nice as it gets. Great food, drinks and amazing indoor and outdoor seating over the harbor. The main bar/dining room is beautiful and the tea offering was ideal the next day. Great location, walked everywhere and overall, a 5 star experience"

"Property is in a great location, has a restaurant and a lounge (can order food from either in it). Food was great! Service a tad slow, but could have been short staffed. Rooms are great, though showing some wear and tear and a little dated. Some beds are more comfy than others, some rooms larger even if booking the same class of room, but they are all great. They do offer free coffee and fruit in the morning, there's always a bowl of hard candy and fruit is out all day for anyone that wants one. Free water bottle fill up service in the lobby as well, which is really nice. They usually give you a package of cookies, in the room as well. There's a place to buy alcohol right next door. Some exceptional restaurants, down and around chinatown, or in the other direction. Don't have to walk far to find some great restaurants, or get close to the water. Have stayed here numerous times would highly recommend. Staff is great and helpful, parking is available in another building very close for a fee. Rooms are done up daily if you want."

"All aspects of the Day's Inn was exceptional. Staff all very very friendly, professional and courteous. Room was very clean and we had a view of the harbour watching all the cruise ships arriving. Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Victoria BC. Carol Allen"
Bedford Regency Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

"Property is currently under construction so the Lobby was upstairs on the mezzanine. Room and bedding were clean. The bathroom door was hard to slide closed. And 2 beds made the room very snug, especially the space between the bed and bathroom. The a/c did not cool the room as much as we’d hoped but thank goodness was the weather wasn’t too hot this weekend. The location was great! We were conveniently right on the touristy street, making shopping easy. We had ice cream each night which was less than a block away. Overall not a bad stay."
