"Great view, but we had to exchange the duvet cover because it was visibly soiled in several places; the floors in the room didn’t appear to have been washed between guests; the services were spotty in the building (the bar was closed once, midday, the pool opened 2 hours late, d/t no lifeguards available; they didn’t have our room ready until 2 hours after check in time, and the lines we’re horrendous, with no where to comfortable sit in the lobby, but they gave us a food credit for the...

"Overall 5 stars! The room was nice and very clean. Check in process was quick and easy. The owner was very helpful with check in instructions. The room looks just as good in person than it does in the photos. My favorite thing about the room was the balcony view of the strip. Communication with the owner was very good. I got a message from the owner everyday asking if I needed anything. Lastly the location was good too. Everywhere I went was less than a 10min drive. "

"I gave the overall rating and cleanliness a 4 because the outer part of the toilet had what looked like dried vomit and the bathroom counter had lipstick and a brown dried up spot. Luckily, I had antibacterial wipes to clean it. Other than that, this was a nice place with a good location. It was easy to communicate with the property manager. "

"Our two night stay was really nice. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy and made daily by housekeeping (forgot to turn on DND sign). The city noise can be quite loud (trains, vehicles, sirens, helicopters) so I will bring earplugs for a better night's sleep if we return. I hope we do! Thank you!"

"This was our first time staying at this location and we really enjoyed it. Easy access to the Palms Casino and restaurants, easy access to go to Chinatown and fairly close to the strip. They had free parking which made a big difference and exceptional staff room was clean and had all the amenities we needed."
