"Lovely clean room No staff so check in involved emails and texts in the lead up to arriving. Tedious and unwelcome. Neighbour couldn't remember his door code so made a lot of noise trying to get in his room for about an hour in the middle of the night. Would have been easily resolved if there was a reception team.
