Luggage was a problem, no ramp but two doors to negotiate. Our bags were brought up to our room but we had to get them to reception first.

My husband and I have stayed here many times and we both always enjoy our stay. The rooms and public areas are lovely. It's a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff are very capable, friendly and always pleased to help. The food is excellent and there is a good range to choose from on their menus. I would definitely recommend a stay at the Piersland House Hotel.

Staff were incredible helpful. We were allowed to check in early. We were in one of the mews cottages which was quiet, peaceful, comfortable and well serviced. Cooked breakfast was good with vegetarian option. Really enjoyed stay.
