Stunning rooms well laid out but walls were thin hear people above adjacent needed to sleep but it seemed to be bit of a hostel for noise , If it was not for the noise this is and was a stunningly nice venue . Sorry could not rate higher

Perfectly positioned, great value Guest House.

Great value little Guest House, clean & comfortable. Easy walking distance to Railway Station & shops/pubs. Small Double Room was perfect for me as solo traveller but might be a bit snug for two sharing. Very good value for money and communication re Bag Storage & Key collection was excellent. Would definitely stay again.

Handy accommodation for a short stay

Have stayed before. Room is clean and comfortable, serviced daily. Entry is by pin code, instructions sent beforehand. Location ideal for events arou d the harboyr area.

Lovely little guest house central to everywhere you would go on a visit to irvine. We have stayed here before and normaly go between the owners other propertys. Whatever is available at time of booking.

Excellent, trouble free stay. Concise check in details, easy to follow. Spotlessly clean, modern decor. Delightful harbour side location, ideal for us commuting to our family in Troon. Would highly recommend & would definitely use again.

Great location. Easy check-in process. Njce decor throughout. Room could have been cleaner, attention to detail!! Bedding also looked a bit grubby. Noise from other rooms easily heard as well as people talking in courtyard at 6am.

Nice clean, but bed was too big for the room, perhaps should be advertised as a single room. We checked out after 1 night because of this.

Very good, simple instructions to gain access, quiet and cosy room. Very powerful shower, comfy bed and good size TV. Wifi was good and strong, simple desk and shelving perfect for a few nights. Great location 5 mins from shops and train station. Plenty of food options near by and bar too. Perfect for the maritime museum.

Small but comfortable guest house on the harbor. Few amenities and only a few restaurants in walking distance, but within easy reach of Troon by car. An affordable option if you are travelling in the region by car.

Excellent room facilities: I have a fractured collarbone & everything was very conveniently placed. Although small, the room was easy to move around. Duvet & room too hot... but Climate is out of our control.

Nice place, and friendly helpful owner

Easy check-in, nice clean and quiet room. Unfortunately, I accidentallydamaged what I thought was the bathroom flush, and contacted Nick straight away. He told me not to worry at all, and explained that he would sort the problem out when he arrived. Fantastic owner, I would imagine that certain other people would take advantage of this and try and request extra payment. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again.
