Bed and Breakfast in Irvine

"After finding the wrong Courtyard Marriott had been hooked and ending up in the city and not at the airport (who were very unhelpful and quite rude) the staff there were so lovely - I asked for a quiet room due to the concerts going on across the road and was given a complimentary upgrade to. a room on the 9th floor and when I came down to get some food after a very long day the waitress Maisie told me her colleague at check-in had said I’d had a difficult day and so they wanted to offer me a complimentary drink with my meal! I was speechless after the early episode with the airport Courtyard Marriott. She was a little superstar with such a lovely chatty personality which was delightful to get this service.i didn’t get the name of the young man who checked me in but please could you give them both my thanks for turning around my day and making me feel valued and special "
