"Very nice flat in a pretty spot. Off street parking is super convenient. Owner (and his adorable puppy Nemo!) are friendly and live/work on the property. The home is extremely clean and comfortable and has all needed amenities. The only drawbacks would be not issues with the flat itself--there is a coffeeshop/bar in the street below one front bedroom, and it's a gathering spot every night until very late. Normally not an issue but on weekends they got pretty loud and we couldn't keep the...

"Very nice flat in a pretty spot. Off street parking is super convenient. Owner (and his adorable puppy Nemo!) are friendly and live/work on the property. The home is extremely clean and comfortable and has all needed amenities. The only drawbacks would be not issues with the flat itself--there is a coffeeshop/bar in the street below one front bedroom, and it's a gathering spot every night until very late. Normally not an issue but on weekends they got pretty loud and we couldn't keep the windows open. If you're a light sleeper take the other bedroom."
