"The property offers enough parking for at least 3 vehicles. Accessing the home was simple and easy. The rooms and bathrooms were clean. It is a pet friendly property, but just know you will pay extra for that if you book via third party. I did not notice any animal smells upon entry to the home, but you get a slight hint if you leave for a while and return. Nothing too concerning if youre used to animals anyway. "We stayed at this property for a last-minute weekend ski trip and very much enjoyed it. The house was well equipped and spacious and the host was very responsive. We chose the property in part because the VRBO listing indicates it is a 4 minute drive to Cataloochee Ski Area. Unfortunately this is not accurate and it is actually a 35 to 40 minute drive to the ski area. Since the purpose of our trip was skiing, this was a bit of a disappointment."
