The unit was not clean at all upon check in. It smelled like smoke, the bathrooms were full of hair, there was somehow a pile of bird droppings in the living room, in addition to a dog barking loudly non stop our entire stay. I contacted the host upon checkin and asked for a different unit and they wouldn’t let me change units. I also asked for a cleaner to come fix the issues and no one came. I have reported all issues to the host and all they offered is a discount off the cleaning fee. The booking and reservation process is the most cumbersome process you can go through for a simple stay and took hours to continue to fix their errors. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! It is nothing like advertised, then the company is completely unethical in doing what’s right to compensate for the issues.
