- if you like a coffee after breakfast the charges are extremely high (you get it from the same machine where you get your morning coffee for free)
- charges in general for drinks are very high

"The host, Bart, was so friendly and helpful, and gave us some wonderful ideas of things to do during our stay. The property itself was perfect and exactly what I wanted, quiet and so easy to reach many of the activities that I wanted to enjoy while there. Several excellent restaurants were walking distance from the property. Breakfast was fantastic, and the rooms were clean and well appointed. An excellent stay, thank you!"

"We were greeted by one of the staff who was older and she really made us welcome. The town is beautiful and also the Hotel and Restaurant. The accordion player did Country Roads and Sweet Caroline. Dinner was great. Breakfast and the Host were equally as good. The beer glass used by a table of 19 people next to us was the largest one I’d ever seen. Thanks for a memorable two day stay. "During our vacation, we stayed in 6 different places, and this was my favorite. It was the perfect blend of homey and modern. I loved the view from the balcony, and the gathering space was open and comfy. It accommodated our group of 6 adults perfectly. The location was on the main street of Garmish - perfect to access all the shops by foot. I would go definitely return!"
