Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room.
