"As is typical for Oberammergau inflated prices taking advantage of the NATO school transient population, this hotel is no exception, rather the poster child for under performing and customer service. Wifi is HORRID, and I was blamed for the issue. NATO has two official languages, French and English. TV offerings at this hotel were Deutsch, Deutsch, Deutsch, a few French and Italian and 3 English news channels (2 financial and BBC world). Iin other words it was, along with the Wifi, horrible. "A great hotel and we had a great room with a balcony. Sabine at reception is a star too. The restaurant was very nice as well. We only had the one day and night there, about right if you're visiting the castles (book them in advance as they get sold out). I'm sure there's lots of hiking around if that is your idea of fun. The crowds during the day were much more than we expected - though we were there on Ascension Day so we probably should have guessed. "

Amazing Stay!
"The hotel was beautiful and we were pleased from the moment we walked in. The staff was so friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a room with the most beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was delicious as well as all the coffee options. A delightful stay that made the Garmisch-Partenkirchen lag of our trip even more wonderful! Thank you!!"
