We liked our stay there because the room was pretty clean and well maintained. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning was great. Staff was very helpful. Train station or bus stop was on a walking distance. It was very easy to go to city centre, old town and airport. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but like other hotels, tea and coffee could have been complimentary, even if we didn’t have breakfast, otherwise, it was a good choice to stay there. No regrets! Thank you!

Hotel staff was very nice, and helpful when I called to ask about how to take Swiss public transport back to the hotel late at night. Unfortunately as of 1:00 a.m. the air conditioning in our room made is super loud noise every 5 to 10 minutes, but I didn't want to go down to the front desk and have to change rooms at 1:00 a.m. so we just try to deal with it. When I told them at check out, they said that has happened in other rooms but they weren't to wear in my room, and I should have come down and changed rooms. They could not offer any discount or anything. That's a little frustrating.

This hotel served our needs very well! Staff at the reception desk were very kind and helpful. Location of the hotel was good, approximately 15-20 minutes from the Zurich train station by car ride. Room was clean and comfortable. My only comment was that the beds were pretty firm and may be a bit uncomfortable for longer stays, but we used the hotel as a pit stop during our travels and it was perfect for that.

The staff was wonderful, quick 10 min walk to Wallisellen train station. Bother above average in our room, but it was clean and fairly quiet, but at the end of a business park, so not the most convenient to get to, and other than a mall next door, not too many travel amenities near by
