"We needed a room that was convenient for our early morning flight. The Hyatt Place is located in The Circle, a business and shopping mall that is a short walk to ZRH. Our room was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with nice crisp sheets."

"We were told very last minute the afternoon of our stay that they could no longer accommodate us. When I asked to have the payment we had made months ago they quickly said everything was resolved and they could accommodate us.
