"The person who checked me in was on a phone call, didn’t hang up just put his cell phone down. Rushed me, didn’t give me the correct info. Treated me like an inconvenience to his phone call. As a result I wasn’t made aware of an extra fee. The person I spoke to in the morning was combative and not very accommodating until I explained my experience. The mattress was expired, it was sagging and damaged, so I woke up with a headache and bad back. The breakfast is painfully early. It should be until 10 am at least. "

"Room was fine but given a double bed quite tiny for two we are used to Queen at a minimum. Pillows were square and small. Pool and hot tub were fine but lots of loud children with no parents to be seen. Quite at night parking ample and there was a bright spot went to the golf club pub for dinner and service was great food great and they had a turkey Easter dinner option really nice surprise. Stay was just fine and did get a good nights sleep. "

"Beautiful property! Clean, class, and spacious. It was peaceful and quiet. The place surrounded by forests and flowers. Definitely a perfect for family getaway. "

"Beautiful view. Peaceful and quiet. Room was clean and had everything we needed for our stay."

"Room photos on expedia showed a room that had been nicely renovated but our room was one that clearly hadn't been done yet. Place didn't seem full so I'm guessing not very many rooms look like the pictures. There is a pretty big difference between the room we got and the pictures they show so it's hard not to feel a bit deceived. Sound proofing is lacking so we could hear car doors slamming for most of the night. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Location is close to local amenities but isn't in a great part of town. They do have lots of security cameras and the main parking area is well lit so it seemed secure enough."

"The cabin is absolutely adorable and super convenient; just a 5-minute trip from the ferry terminal. The host was lovely and really helpful, and the space itself felt warm and cozy, with a space heater & a wood stove. Tara also left out books and colouring supplies, which was such a nice touch. Breakfast (homemade muffins, yogurt, granola, etc.) was delicious. We also loved that our puppy could come along with us!"
