Lots of building work being carried out, lots of plant and machinery and workmen. However, it did not detract from our stay as we couldn't hear it. Muddy paths but they really tried to keep the mess down. Really enjoyed it, will stay again

Enjoyed my 2 night stay, but there is no lift, you have to walk the stairs, however the staff did carry my suitcase for me.

This is a great apartment to stay in, close to the city and easy walking around. The only downfall is that it is quite noisy on the weekend and the church bells (although lovely) are very disturbing during the night.

On arrival I was greeted by a friendly receptionist, I needed assistance with luggage and another young lady brought a trolley to the car. She stood there and watched whilst I struggled to load on quite a lot of luggage. Given I wasn't visibly well with flu her enthusiasm was zero. I asked if it was policy for staff not to lift and her repl was flippant and rude. She then pushed the trolley through one half of a double door which I told her wasn't open sufficiently and she continued to try push...
