Business Hotels & Resorts in Wako from NZ$225

Very Impressive hotel and amazing food.

Beautiful hotel with nice restaurants, lovely staff and a 10min walk to the train station.

i love the convenience of this hotel, i don't have to stress of getting up too early to catch my flight. also, the onsen facilities are wonderful. maybe the masseuse could be better... maybe a professional masseuse perhaps? otherwise very good facilities.

We booked the executive twin room for our family of 4 for our final night in japan. It was a really large room with a lounge area and walk in wardrobe. The room was so comfortable and luxurious. However our only complaint would be that the 2 beds were a bit small for 2 people and the pillows were either too soft or firm - but we were only there for 1 night. Our rate included complimentary bar fridge and access to the onsite onsen. The Osen was an absolute god send after our exhausting 2 week...

The room was impeccable

Great location for the flight home

Superb and really convenient location.

The staff were very friendly and happy to assist with any request that we might have needed. Everything you need for an easy, stress free, 5 star stay is all here. Thank you for everything!

We are blown away by the excellent service and the kindness of everyone. Definitely recommended and will come back soon.

Best location. Staff wonderful. Best Dinner & Breakfast Buffet.

Great and enjoyable stay. Hotel itself is on a hill, so taxis were always readily available which helped a lot

Really good hotel in a great location a short walk from the JR station at Ikebukuro. The area around the hotel and station has a number of department stores and hundreds of small shops, bars, restaurants and everything you would need during your stay. The JR line is the main line that does a loop around most of the places in Tokyo you would want to visit plus there are a few other lines that have a stop at this station. Overall a great hotel in a fantastic location and I enjoyed my second...

The location and friendliness of all staff was amazing. The use of the Club Lounge allowed us to rest and enjoy a drink and nibbles before venturing out again. So close to Shinjuku station was great for our traveling adventures. Would highly recommend to others

Great hotel, great service . Things in the rooms look tidy and clean

I loved this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with brilliant amenities and a great bathroom. Beds were comfy. The pool and gym were very good (warning to parents - under 18yo not allowed). There were 4 subway lines directly connected to the hotel so getting to other parts of Tokyo was easy. The surrounding area is quiet but with convenience stores and eating options within walking distance. The bar had a nice ambience with good cocktails. The only negative - buffet breakfast...

Unique view of the tower. Staff are exceptional. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Lack of English speaking staff surprises me for such an expensive hotel
