"The room, as always, was very clean. Staff were lovely, especially Medhi and James Lee. The hotel is basic but we had everything in there that we needed..... all cutlery, etc. The hotel's little kitchinette had a toaster, little cooker, microwave, knives, forks, spoons. If we needed anything extra, it was provided on the same day. I am always happy to stay at Baybreeze. "

"Home owner was so nice and I reached her easily. She called me twice first and last day and she explained me everything about home. Home was clean and everything was working. Home has free parking area and I think it is so important in here. Balcony was so good. You can’t see the ocean but it was big and comfortable. Home has 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom. Also AC was working. Close the city center. Also close the wynwood area also restaurants area. Thank you "

"Location is really functional, close to a shopping center, restaurants and minutes away from the beaches, sport complex and yacht club. The location can fit easily 4 people but must be updated (ie. Leaking toilet, dark curtains not closing properly and AC extremely loud). It’s a great place to use as base camp, would not recommend necessarily for an older crowd but definitely for a couple or younger people."
