"Room was a bit dated and showed wear. But it was clean and comfortable. The pull out bed was not good, but not sure I’ve ever slept on one that was. The pool was decent. The hot tub’s jets weren’t working and the pool is smaller than it looks in the photos. The breakfast area and lobby/dining area is beautiful! Check in and out with the app was absolutely flawless! "The room was very clean and the check-in/check-out staff were very friendly. There was a cheer competition at the NIU convocation center so there were a lot of children. We could hear them in the hallway at midnight, but that didn't ruin our stay. Breakfast was very nice."
