"The customer service was excellent. When we arrived, the two gals at the front desk were handling a few different Customer Service emergencies, but still managed to check us in quickly. It was nice to have a kitchen. We were there for less than 12 hours and almost everything was in working order. The recliner was broken (didn’t recline), but the couch was comfortable to sleep on and extra sheets and pillows were provided.
